Counsel (nasihah) and benevolence are key concepts in Islamic culture and didactic literature, holding a special place throughout the history of Persian literature. This article employs a descriptive-analytical method to examine the concept of *nasihah* from lexical, Quranic, hadith-based, and mystical perspectives. It then investigates its position within the thought and poetry of Hakim Sanai Ghaznavi, one of the founders of Persian didactic and mystical literature. In this research, drawing on Sanai's works, especially Hadīqat al-Haqīqah and his Divan (collected poems), various dimensions of nasihah—including counsel to rulers, self-counsel, social counsel, and advisory methods—are analyzed. The results indicate that Sanai, by integrating religious, ethical, and mystical concepts, regards nasiha not merely as a religious duty but also as a social and mystical mission, presenting it to his audience through poetic and sage expression.
