This article is looking to introduce one of the most significant figures of the literature of religion and education and a number of his contributions in this regard. Usually, with regard to the literature of religion and education, we are faced with a creator who is wise and erudite. However, in this genre of literature, the works are more famous than their creators that is why there are not many poets known as “poets of particular subjects”. Allameh Seyed Ali ibn Mohamdali Meybodi Yazdi, while possessing many scientific and religious virtues, has also produced numerous works of educational literature which gives him a unique standing. Noghl-e Majless, an abstinence letter in the field of ethics composed in Persian in the form of Mathnawi, containing 6 Arabic odes, is an example of the seventy works of literature produced by Allameh Meybodi on the subject of the education of religion. In this paper, in addiction to introducing the poet, the aforementioned works are also extensively investigated with the characteristics of each work and its function in the literature of religion explained. This paper, conducted in the descriptive-analytical method and drawing data from library sources, is looking to introduce a significant figure of the literature of religion and education and a number of his works. The fact these compositions draw from moments of religious understanding has aligned them in one tone and style. The findings of this research conclude that given the method of reasoning employed and the strong bond with the Quran and Revayat, as well as a slightly humorous tone, these works of literature are especially effective.
